Rate Sheet: Remote Video Production Packages
* Remote Production Package Prices includes: (1) Video clip deliverable not to exceed a run time of 3 minutes in length. An allotted recording time per person, with multi person shoots requiring each subject to have their own isolated recording (see max recording hours included). All packages include a single camera shoot on recording equipment to be supplied by the client/subject (multi-cam shoots are possible, i.e. two angles that can be intercut, and can be custom priced). Equipment supported by our OpenReel Capture system includes iPhone 7 model or later / iPad (ideally w/stand) or a webcam enabled computer. Android phones are expected to be supported in the near future. Should the client prefer to use their license for the OpenReel or acceptable similar platform, we will adjust package rates accordingly.
** For scripted shoots, pricing assumes: The client will provide the finished script(s). KSK will provide minor script editing / consulting.
*** Pre-Production includes: all required administration, project planning & research, pre-shoot conference calls with client/subjects + and individual tech and location review with each subject to ensure optimal results during the recording session.
**** Editorial includes: An anticipated number of hours needed for completion of video editing for (1) video clip up to 3 minutes in length. Opening titles & lower thirds using client supplied AE templates (branded). Custom motion graphics are NOT included (inquire for a price quote if needed). Pricing assumes one round of revisions + finishing & output. Editorial hours allotted per packages assumes 1 round of revisions + 1 round of minor notes & finishing/output. If additional rounds of revisions are required and the maximum package hours included in the package have been expended, KSK will advise client of est. overage costs in advance.

- Basic iPhone 11 Pro Kit: (1) iPhone 11 Pro w/ extended battery case & prepared w/ OR Capture app installed, Camera Tripod/Stand and compatible mic, alcohol wipes and round trip ground shipping & insurance (max 7 day r/t turnaround): $525
Advanced Remote Filming Kit: Includes everything in the basic kit plus a Lightweight LED light with stand and softbox, 2 channel Zoom Audio Recorder, accessories (chargers, cables, etc), plus additional remote technical assistance for equipment setup and round trip ground shipping & insurance (max 7 day r/t turnaround): $1050.00
